Body found behind abandoned home
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Police are investigating after a body was found Saturday night behind a home on Jacksonville's Eastside.
Police said a woman walking her dog on Franklin Street about 7:45 p.m. found the body of a white man between 30 and 40 years old.
The body was found behind an abandoned home. Police said there were no signs of physical trauma on the body, but investigators were proceeding as if foul play was involved. An autopsy will be conducted to determine cause of death.
