JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Police have made an arrest in the shooting death of a 19-year-old Jacksonville man in early December, the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office said.
Keshaun Coleman was inside a truck with two other men on McDuff Avenue near Interstate 10 around 3:30 p.m. on Dec. 6 when a red Chevrolet Impala pulled up along the passenger side of the truck and a shooter in the back seat opened fire.

Coleman, who was driving the truck, was shot in the head and later died. A 26-year-old man in the truck also suffered a gunshot wound to his left leg but survived. The third man was not injured.
Police announced Jan. 5 that 24-year-old Allen Mapp had been identified as the shooter by the surviving victims. Mapp was arrested Jan. 4 and charged with one count of murder and two counts of attempted murder.
According to the victims, the motive for the shooting was that the three men in the truck, who are from the south side of Interstate 10, were on the turf of Mapp and a second suspect, who are from the north side of I-10. Police said there is no direct gang involvement in the shooting.
An arrest warrant for Mapp was obtained on Dec. 21 after a witness told police that Mapp had confessed to shooting Coleman and another witness near where the Impala was later found at an abandoned house also said Mapp was in the car on the day of the shooting.
Mapp was found and arrested Jan. 4 by the U.S. Marshals Office.
Mapp denies any involvement in the case, police said.
Police are not releasing the names of the other two victims until a second suspect who was in the Impala during the shooting is caught.
