Investigators say McLeskey was driving east on South Old Dixie Highway with Bruno when Foust heading west.

Troopers say both vehicles collided head-on and they say it appeared both drivers attempted to avoid a collision.

Troopers say it appears McLeskey over-corrected, trying to stay on the road.  His vehicle was a large raised pickup truck.  After the crash, troopers say the truck rolled onto its side.

Investigators say a 2000 Jeep, driven by Foust came to a final stop in a water-filled ditch.  Foust was pronounced dead at the scene.

McLeskey and Bruno were taken to Florida Hospital Flagler.

One juvenile in the vehicle with McLeskey and Bruno was taken to Florida Hospital Flagler and released. The other juvenile was taken to Halifax Hospital in critical condition and has since been taken to a critical care facility in Orlando, according to troopers.

Foust was wearing a seat belt, according to investigators; McLeskey and Bruno were not.  There is no word yet if alcohol was involved in the crash.
