JACKSONVILLE, Fla. –
Dr. Howard Schneider's former home is now in foreclosure.

Court records show Howard and Deborah Schneider owe $349,443.86 in principle and $7,665.03 in interest to Regions Bank. The home is located on Riverside Avenue.
Schneider voluntarily gave up his license and is facing 11 counts of Medicaid fraud and 1 count of schemes to defraud.
On Thursday Schneider's attorney was in a Duval County court seeking access to Schneider's ex-wife's trust fund. His attorney says Schneider needs to money to pay his legal fees which are projected to exceed $270,00.
The judge took the arguments under advisement.
