The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office asked for the public's help identifying the suspect seen in surveillance images in late June.  JSO received a crime tip via email on July 1 naming 33-year-old Isiac Seabrooks.

Investigators found his wife's Facebook page.  They said it contained photos of Seabrooks wearing the same shirts worn during the fraudulent transactions.

Police spotted Seabrooks and his wife in a vehicle the next day and followed them.

Investigators say when Seabrooks noticed the officer, a folder was thrown out the window with various identification, checks, Social Security cards and other items frequently used in fraudulent transactions.

The officer pulled Seabrooks and his wife over and arrested the suspect.

He is charged with four counts of fraudulent use of credit cards and possession of marijuana.
