PCSO and Vice Unit Detectives were investigating the sale and distribution of narcotics in the Hoot Owl subdivision when Walker sold Hydromorphone to an undercover investigator, according to deputies.

She was arrested in Jacksonville and brought back to Putnam County where she was held on no bond.

Deputies were patrolling the Stokes Landing area of Palatka on Wednesday when they stopped Martin for a traffic violation.

During the stop, the K-9 named "Tango" indicated there was a smell of narcotics coming from the vehicle, according to deputies.

Deputies located drug paraphernalia containing a white powdery substance, which tested positive for methamphetamine, the PCSO said.

They also said they found a pipe used to smoke marijuana.

Martin told deputies he was smoking marijuana prior to the traffic stop and threw the drug out of the vehicle when he saw deputies approaching him.

Martin was booked into the Putnam County Jail on a bond of $2,012.
