JSO: Police ID woman found dead in Westside home

Autumn Van Camp, 36, was murdered, police say

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – A 36-year-old woman found dead April 27 inside a Westside home has been identified by police.

The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office said Autumn Van Camp was murdered.

Officers responded about 4:15 p.m. to Falcon Street, just south of 103rd Street, after receiving a 911 call about an unresponsive woman. 

When they arrived, paramedics confirmed Van Camp was dead. 

The cause of death has not been released.

Police said Van Camp did not live in the home, but was possibly visiting from out of state. Investigators said they have not yet determined her relationship with the residents.
