So far, no arrests have been made, and community leaders are begging witnesses to speak up to help give closure to the grieving families of 11-month-old Tedashii Williams, 22-year-old Kadejah Williams and 18-year-old Xacia Burnem.

The surveillance footage, taken from the Lil Albert Food Store, shows the parking lot across from the Cleveland Arms Apartments, where the gunfire erupted around 6 p.m. Sunday.

People can be seen walking around before a group suddenly starts running.

Someone can then be seen lying on the ground near a car, and then people go running back toward the vehicle.

Some of the people in the group pick the person up and carry the person to a spot near a building before the car pulls away.
