TAMPA, Fla. – A Tampa man will have to get his morning caffeine fix somewhere else after he says he was banned from Starbucks for life, but he says he was just trying to keep customers from breaking the law.
Rob Rowen says when he would spot someone illegally parked in a handicapped spot he would use his cellphone to take a picture of their car and then confront them in the store.
Rowen says he is passionate about the issue because his son-in-law is handicapped.
For their part, Starbucks says they are working to improve the parking situation at that particular store.
