The Jacksonville Greek Festival comes to town this weekend
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – The Jacksonville Greek Festival will be held this weekend Feb. 17 -19 at the Morocco Shrine Center.
The festival will feature authentic Greek cuisine, drinks, dancing and fun for the kids.
The 2017 Greek Festival is a fun event for the entire family. The festival will feature Greek food and entertainment for all ages. If you want to relax and enjoy the sights and sounds of Greece with traditional Greek music, the festival will have live entertainment by the Odyssey Greek Band, DJ Astatos and the Ta Adelphia Dance Group.
Greeks are known for their hospitality, also known as filoxenia, and starting today locals can experience the Greek culture.
The Jacksonville Greek Festival has been a long tradition in this community and a portion of the proceeds will go to the Wolfson's Children's Hospital.
