Naked man stops traffic on Philips Highway

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – A naked man stopped traffic for a short time on Jacksonville’s Southside Tuesday night.

The man was in the middle of Philips Highway at St. Augustine Road.

Witnesses told News4Jax that a responding officer had to stun the man with a Taser.

News4Jax has requested a report on the incident from Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office, but has not yet received it.
