AP: 2 bailiffs, gunman dead in Mich. courthouse shooting Police say they have secured the scene
Local television stations in Michigan are reporting that at least three people are dead in a shooting at the courthouse in Berrien County, CNN reports.
Two bailiffs and the gunman were dead, according to The Associated Press.
The Berrien County Sheriff's Department earlier said a law enforcement officer was shot. Michigan State Police have secured the scene, according to a tweet from Gov. Rick Snyder.
St. Joseph is on the eastern shore of Lake Michigan, about 100 miles by car from Chicago.
