Overturned horse trailer causes delays on I-95

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – The Florida Highway Patrol says one person has been charged with failure to drive in a single lane after an accident on Interstate 95 Saturday morning.

FHP says a Nissan Titan driven by Shanna Gardner, 36, of Jacksonville swerved to avoid a collision and the horse trailer being towed overturned. Troopers say a person driving a Dodge Ram pulling an RV trailer was in the lane next to Gardner when the trailer began to sway. That driver slowed down to maintain control.
