Man shot at Northwest Jacksonville food store No description found
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – A man is recovering in the hospital after he was shot at a food store in Northwest Jacksonville Sunday, according to the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office.
Officers responded to Sams Food Store off Golfair Street around 1:30 p.m. in reference to a person shot.
When officers arrived they located a man inside with a gunshot wound. It is unknown where the man was shot.
That man was transported to UF Health with life-threatening injuries.
Police do not have any suspect information.
Police said a black late model box style truck with gold stripes was observed at the scene.
