Police: Body found at cemetery in Normandy Village Jogger stumbles on man's body, police say

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – The body of a 23-year-old man was found Monday morning by a jogger in the back lot of Memorial Park Cemetery, the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office said.
Police suspect foul play in the death of the man, who police later identified as Jacob Kellner. Police said Kellner was fully dressed.
Detectives said it's unclear how long Kellner's body had been there.
Family told News4Jax that Kellner had a 2-year-old daughter.
