2 drivers injured in school bus crash JFRD says no children were on the bus at the time of the accident No description found
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – The driver of both a car and a school bus were hospitalized after a head-on crash on Merrill Road just east of Townsend Boulevard early Thursday morning.
The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office says the crash happened around 6:48 a.m., before any children were on the bus.

Both the woman driving the car and the female bus driver were taken to hospitals.
Eastbound lanes of Merrill Road were closed while the crash was investigated and cleared.
Police have not released the names of the two drivers, details of how the accident occurred or if either of the drivers would face charges.
