JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – A birthday candlelight vigil will be held Saturday for Lonzie Barton, the toddler who disappeared July 24. Saturday would be Lonzie's second birthday.
The prime suspect in Lonzie's disappearance, Ruben Ebron, reported the boy missing while the toddler's mother was at work. Police have not found him.
According to organizers, the vigil will take place at 7 p.m. at Duck Pond Park in Macclenny. Barton's family and friends are inviting the public to attend.
Organizers are asking anyone who does attend to refrain from discussing the case.
