Westbound lanes of I-10 shut down by semi-truck fire

Cab destroyed, no injuries reported

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – All westbound lanes of Interstate 10 reopened early Wednesday morning after a fire of a tractor-trailer closed the highway for nearly two hours.

The Florida Highway Patrol had not yet released any details but News4Ja cameras captured images of the semi-truck, showing the destroyed cab.

It shut down I-10 at the Baldwin/Starke Exit at Highway 301.

State troopers have not said if anyone was hurt.
