JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – With only two games as the Jaguars interim head coach to go on, left tackle Kelvin Beachum doesn't know exactly what a Doug Marrone head coached team looks like, but he does know that he will hold the players accountable.
"He will find a way to get up under everybody's skin to get that accountability," said Beachum who is very familiar with Marrone from being his offensive line coach last season, "I know from being in the offensive line room that he will pick at you to get the best out of you and at the end of the day all he wants to do is make sure that you are the best player that you can be on Sundays."

Beachum was hosting a screening of the movie "Hidden Figures" for more than 130 students age 6 to 18, followed by a panel discussion on technology and jobs in the future. Beachum says that the message from the movie of not letting obstacles get in your way such as race or gender sometimes needs to be brought to the forefront for students today.
"The message is that they can do this, they can be the women in this movie who performed under pressure. They have the access to the same type of opportunities that these people had. There are a number of opportunities out there that they don't know about and this was a great way to show them what they can do."
Opportunities are there for the Jaguars as well according to Beachum. He said that he may not know what a full season with Doug Marrone as the head coach looks like yet, but he does know that training camp this year is not going to be a walk in the park.
"It's going to be a very hard training camp but that's what we need. The only way that you get hardened for the regular season and the playoffs is to put that work in early on in the season and I think he (Marrone) is going to do that for us."
In addition to Marrone, the Jaguars have brought in former head coach Tom Coughlin as the new Executive V.P. of Player Personnel, something that Beachum says is a great move given Coughlin's credentials.
"The big thing is the fact that he has won two Super Bowls. Just the fact that you have someone who has won two Super Bowls, someone who has done it, coached it, brought in the players who did it, just the fact that he has won Super Bowls is extremely important."
