JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Jaguars running back T.J. Yeldon will likely miss Sunday’s game against the Atlanta Falcons due to a MCL sprain. The MRI on Yeldon’s sprained left knee came back negative. He said that he doesn’t expect the injury to keep him out for the remainder of the season and didn’t completely rule himself out for the Falcons game. He was walking in the locker room without crutches but had a brace on that left knee. Jaguars coach Gus Bradley isn't ready to rule Yeldon for the Falcons game either.
“To soon because he’s made some progress," said Bradley at Jaguars practice on Thursday. "He’s still getting a lot of treatment. I should be able to know a lot more by tomorrow [Friday].”

Though no two injuries are alike, Denard Robinson suffered a MCL injury earlier this season and missed three games. If Yeldon isn’t able to go the Jaguars will turn to Robinson at running back. When Yeldon left Sunday’s game against the Colts, Robinson responded by rushing for 75 yards on 14 carries including a touchdown.
Behind Robinson the Jaguars have Joe Banyard and Jonas Gray, who was signed off of the Dolphins practice squad on Tuesday, on the running backs depth chart.
