YULEE, Fla. – A 66-year-old man was killed Thursday morning when his pickup truck crashed on Haddock Road in Nassau County, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.
According to FHP, the single-vehicle crash happened about 7 a.m. on Haddock Road at Blackmon Road, near the Flying-A Ranch Airport. Part of the intersection was blocked during the investigation.

The FHP report said Duane David Dukes of Yulee was driving east on Haddock Road and left the road for unknown reasons. His truck hit a roadway warning sign and a tree.
Dukes died at the scene, troopers said.
