Cleaning up after the storms, looking ahead to a quieter weekend
The worst is behind us as the clean up continues. For some it will be a pile of leaves other will be removing toppled trees. Don't over do it, much nicer weather waits for us this weekend.
The squall of storms has moved offshore with improving weather tonight. The wind will weaken after sunset with overnight lows cooler than we have seen over the last several mornings. Afternoon highs will be near seasonal Saturday and Mother's
Day.
Now: Clearing skies, breezy.
Tonight: Partly cloudy, lighter wind.
Saturday: A little cooler to start the day with overnight lows in the 60s inland, upper 60s to low 70s along the beaches. Partly cloudy with afternoon highs in the 80s inland, 70s along the beaches. Wind: NNE 5-10 mph.
Mother's Day: Enjoy some outside time with Mom! Upper 50s to 60s will start the day followed by afternoon highs in the 80s inland, upper 70s along the beaches. Wind: NW/E 5-10 mph
Looking ahead: Scattered showers late Monday with rain returning through much of the work week.
Pollen: Trees - High. Grass - Low. Weeds - None.
