Edward Waters College accreditation sanction lifted

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Edward Waters College announced Wednesday its 12-month sanction with the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges was lifted.

During the past 12 months, EWC was credited with improving faculty adequacy and providing more comprehensive documentation on its program outcomes and quality enhancement plan. A report outlining the changes was submitted for SACS to review in September.
