JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office announced the arrests of three suspects in a robbery and double shooting early Sunday morning that left one man dead at a Powers Avenue apartment complex.
Investigators said Siomarily Baez, 18, admitted to police she invited Manuel Ruiz-Mejia and two other victims to the apartment of her boyfriend, Jeffrey Malave, at the Pinebrook Apartments.

Police said Malave and Luis Martinez then shot and killed Ruiz-Mejia, shot and injured a second victim and beat the third victim.
Malave was arrested in Maryland. Martinez was arrested out of state by U.S. marshals.
