JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – The Florida Highway Patrol is investigating a crash that closed three lanes of I-95 in San Marco Tuesday morning.
After more than an hour of traffic backups, the highway was reopened and traffic was moving smoothly.

The Florida Department of Transportation camera revealed heavy backups on the Fuller Warren Bridge headed south on I-95.
