AVALON PARK, Fla. – A 35-year-old father has been shot and killed in a domestic dispute with his son, according to Orange County deputies.
The shooting occurred at 2:15 a.m. Wednesday on Sun Dew Drive in Avalon Park.
Deputies said Christopher Albano came home intoxicated and hit his wife. Albano's son then shot and killed him after Albano hit his wife. His wife then called 911 and told authorities her 15-year-old son shot and killed his father after his father hit her.
Four people were at the home at the time of the shooting, including Albano and the son, deputies said.
No charges have been filed and no arrests have been made in the shooting, but the investigation is ongoing.
