COLUMBIA COUNTY, Fla. – A woman shot and killed her husband, then turned the gun on herself Sunday night in an apparent murder-suicide at their home, according to the Columbia County Sheriff's Office.
Deputies were called to the home on County Road 252B north of Troy Road about 11:30 p.m.

Investigators found Christopher and Michelle Curry, 46 and 43 respectively, dead in the home.
They said the two were involved in a dispute when Michelle retrieved a firearm and shot Christopher twice, killing him. Deputies said it appears Michelle then shot herself. She was taken to a hospital, where she died.
Deputies said the investigation is pending the results of the Medical Examiner's findings.
