Missing Georgia teen found

Melissa Molina, 16, last seen getting in car with Roger Lanford, 33

BARROW COUNTY, Ga. – The 16-year-old Georgia girl who was reported missing Wednesday was found Thursday morning, the Georgia Bureau of Investigation said.  

Prior to authorities finding her, Melissa Molina was last seen in Winder, Georgia, on Northwest Dee Kennedy Road near Highway 124 getting into a car with a 33-year-old man believed to be Roger Lanford, the Barrow County Sheriff's Office said.

Deputies said the car, described as a white 2004 Nissan Maxima with Georgia license plate #PBD6016,  drove off at a high rate of speed, was driving reckless and passing vehicles going toward Highway 124.

Molina is described as Hispanic, 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighs 180 pounds. She was last seen wearing black pants and an orange sweater.

Lanford is described as white, 6 feet 3 inches tall and weighs 144 pounds.

There was no word if Molina was found with Lanford.
