JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – A woman is recovering after being shot during a gunfight between two men on the Northside Saturday, according to the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office.
Around 3:45 p.m. JSO says two individuals began shooting at each other at 1000 Maynard Street on the Northside.
JSO said the two men began shooting at each other as one of them was backing out of the driveway.
woman was struck in the back by a bullet while standing across the street.
She was taken to UF Health and is in stable condition.
No one has been arrested. This is an ongoing investigation and anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-866-845-TIPS.
