LAKE CITY, Fla. – The Lake City Police Department is looking for a missing man last seen on Monday.
Kevin Shepherd, 59, was last seen wearing a white T-shirt, grey basketball shorts, lime green crocs and a turquoise hat that looks like a duck with two big eyes on it. His direction of travel is unknown.

Shepherd is described as a white male with blondish grey hair and brown eyes. He is 5-feet-11-inches tall and 178 pounds.
