WASHINGTON – President Joe Biden delivered remarks at the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) Construction and Maintenance Conference on Friday at the Washington Hilton.
The IBEW represents more than 800,000 active members and retirees who work in many fields including utilities, construction, telecommunications, broadcasting, manufacturing, railroads and government, according to its website.
