JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Prosecutors said 36-year-old Trent Abasi Stevens was convicted this week on a charge of lewd or lascivious battery.
They said Stevens sexually abused a 15-year-old girl repeatedly over a four-month period in 2011. Stevens was convicted last year and sentenced to 10 years in prison for another sex crime involving a teenage girl.

Stevens is also charged in a pending sex case involving another 15-year-old victim.
Stevens faces 15 years in prison. He is scheduled to be sentenced the week of April 8.
