JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – As one of five charges against a former Memorial Hospital security guard accused of assaulting female employees was dropped, the 47-year-old entered a not guilty plea on the remaining charges.

Anthony Holley, 47, was arrested Jan. 31 on charges of misdemeanor battery after five employees at the hospital filed complaints against him.

According to one of the police report, one victim claimed Holley "picked her up … and attempted to place her on a bed in the room … (he) then kissed the victim on the mouth … stuck his hands down the back of the potential victim's pants and grabbed her buttocks."

The victim told News4Jax the alleged experience was traumatizing and left her emotionally scarred, but she said it's important to let other people know what happened.

If convicted, Holley could face up to a year in the Duval County jail on each count, the State Attorney's Office said.
