RECIPE: Linda Weeks' Easy Gingerbread Dough
Ingredients:
1 box "Spice Cake" mix
3/4 cup All-purpose flour
2 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 teaspoon eggs
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1/3 cup molasses
Raisins for eyes & buttons
Directions:
Mix ingredients togetherAdd wet ingredients & stir with sturdy spoon until well blendedChill covered at least 4 hours or overnightRoll out between wax paper sheets- 1/4 inch thickRemove top sheet - cut out shapesPlace on cookie sheet lined with parchmentBake in preheated 375 degree oven for 7-10 minutes, until center puff up a bit & sink backCool completelyWJXT
