Viewers trying to call the News4Jax station Wednesday night after 7 p.m. were met with a busy signal.
Due to technical difficulties the stations phone lines were knocked out of commission and repairs were unable to be completed Wednesday night.

News4Jax apologizes for the inconvenience and continued to work on restoring service through the night.
Phone lines are expected to be restored early Thursday morning.
