All of the money raised is going to the non-profit Wounded Warrior Project's Independence Program. This program helps with assisting many wounded military veterans who suffer from spinal-cord injuries, brain injuries, and many other neurological conditions.

The President of Southeastern Grocers said in a statement, "I am deeply moved by the outpouring of support this program received from our associates, customers. and even from individuals living outside of the communities we serve."
