Jaguars host 7-on-7 passing challenge

JACKSONVILLE, FLa. – High School athletes from 16 schools got to live out their dreams by playing football on the Jaguars practice fields Tuesday afternoon. This was a part of the Jaguars 3rd Annual 7-on-7 Passing Challenge.

The Passing Challenge was designed to sharpen the skills of young athletes while giving them an early dose of competition as they prepare for the high school fall football season.

The participants also got a chance to interact with a few of the Jaguars players who came out to watch the competition.

“I’ve been looking up to Jaguars players my whole life,” said Terry Parker defensive lineman Christopher Powell. “I love these players with a passion. Just being able to work out with these guys has been a special feeling for me and I’ve learned a lot today.”
