JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – All lanes of 103rd Street were reopened near Old Middleburg Road North on city's Westside Thursday, authorities said.
The eastbound lanes were shut down just before 4 p.m. due to an accident and downed power lines, but opened back up about an hour later, according to the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office.
