JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Injuries were reported in a crash early Wednesday evening at Ribault Avenue and Soutel Drive in Northwest Jacksonville, police said.
The wreck happened about 6:15 p.m. and appeared to involve an SUV and a sedan.

The mother of the SUV's driver told News4Jax that her son was heading to a hospital. She said he was told he possibly has several broken bones.
There's no word on the condition of the other driver.
The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office said the intersection was closed in all directions for several hours.
