PALM COAST, Fla. – Officials say a man died on Saturday afternoon after he allegedly jumped onto the rear of a vehicle, then fell off.
According to the Florida Highway Patrol, a Hyundai was traveling along Jasmine Drive headed towards Egret Drive about 4:20 p.m. when 68-year-old Richard Resnicoff jumped onto the rear of the car.

Near the intersection, while the vehicle was still in motion, officials said Resnicoff fell off. They said he hit the pavement and received fatal injuries.
The FHP said they don't know why Resnicoff jumped onto the truck of the car and the crash remains under investigation.
