JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – People living in Bartram Park in southern Duval County are speaking out about the dangers of driving on Bartram Park Boulevard.
A truck flipped over and shut down traffic about 5 a.m. Friday, and neighbors say it's not the first time they've seen an accident in the same exact spot.

One woman said her son was involved in one there before, and it's the same area where several people have been hurt in different wrecks.
There was a crash there last year involving a DUI charge, and there are a couple of memorial markers on the side of the road near where Friday's crash happened.
No one knows the reason why, but they believe Bartram Park Boulevard is a problem spot.
"During the rush hour times it's pretty heavy, the traffic is heavy," Bartram Park resident Alexa Filibreto said.
"It would take me probably 10 or 15 minutes just to get probably I think like 300 yards," resident Kevin Moia said. "I don't know what it is to that light right there (at Old St. Augustine Road), and they would just be dead stopped back-to-back-to-back, and only a couple of cars could go because the traffic is so heavy trying to get on (Interstate) 95."
Neighbors say traffic could get even worse because the community is building more townhomes. Channel 4 safety expert Ken Jefferson said concerned residents can file a complaint about a traffic situation in their neighborhoods.
"You can file a complaint with the (Jacksonville) Sheriff's Office at the nearest substation that's closest to you," Jefferson said. "They will take that complaint and follow up on it and monitor the traffic."
The speed limit on Bartram Park Boulevard is 40 mph. With it being a busy residential area, Jefferson said it's crucial to stick to the speed limit and stay alert for other drivers and people on the road.
