Jaguars game day forecast at Wembley Stadium

Don't expect Florida heat at the next Jags game.

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Good weather news if you're going to see the Jags play the Colts this Sunday in Wembley England. It’s not going to be a Haster- British for a violent storm of rain. Nor can you expect a Haar, a name applied to a wet sea fog or very fine drizzle that drifts in from the sea in coastal districts of northeastern England.

There is no doubt, England’s weather can get damp and overcast for days at a time. But the forecast timing for Sunday’s Jaguars game at Wembley Stadium just misses a soggy system.

If the weather plays out as expected, a rain should clear out in time to bring partly sunny skies and a touch of cool to the air Sunday.  Saturday will be rainy with a low forming over England and passing northeastward toward Denmark by Sunday. Then the weather stays dry until Tuesday.

Many of us would enjoy a heat break here at home and if you are lucky enough to visit England this weekend, you get it.  At Wembley, the temperatures are going to be in the 50s during the morning. High temperatures will manage to briefly reach 61 during the 2:30 pm kickoff.

Remember, they are five hours ahead of us so if you plan on tailgating at 9:30 in the morning it will be a comfortable 75 outside here in Jacksonville.
