VALDOSTA, Ga. – A south Georgia lumber yard sustained damage from a possible tornado that was spotted just before noon Monday in eastern Loundes County.
There were reports of an entrapment at Langdale Forest Products at 1202 Madison Highway in Valdosta, but officials have not confirmed whether or not a tornado touched down.

WCTV in Tallahassee reported there were five injuries and unconfirmed reports that four of the victims were transported to South Georgia Medical Center.
The same system was moving east, although it was forecast to lose much of its strength before it reaches northeast Florida.
The National Weather Service in Tallahassee issued a tornado warning for south central Georgia after a tornado was sighted by a law enforcement officer at 11:43 a.m. about 7 miles east of Valdosta that was moving east at 25 mph.
While the warning expired at 12:15 p.m., the storm system that generated the storm will move into Clinch County early Monday afternoon and a significant weather advisory was out for Clinch and Echols counties, with a possibility of strong winds, heavy showers and potential for funnel clouds.
The same front was expected to reach the Jacksonville metropolitan area by mid-afternoon on Monday, the heavy weather is expected to stay north of the Florida-Georgia line. The chance of showers in northeast Florida is only 20 to 30 percent.
It will remain cloudy with a chance of showers through Tuesday morning, with clearing by afternoon and evening.
