Local news station accidentally tweets out porn link Weather tweet provides link to Pornhub site No description found
A local Memphis news channel has been enjoying some national attention lately, but not exactly for a good reason.
WREG posted a tweet Tuesday morning encouraging viewers to use their interactive weather radar with a link that did not exactly go to their interactive radar.
The tweet read: "Use our interactive radar to track the rain and storms," followed by a link to Pornhub site, and the account was under the name "Rockbone" or possibly a variation of the name (the link appeared to be cut off).
The tweet has since been deleted, and WREG apologized for the offending link.
The station is taking advantage of this story making national headlines by posting a link to a list of charities and urging people to consider donating.
Of course, Twitter users are having a good time poking fun at the mistake by tweeting several messages using the hashtag #rockbone.
