Weekend to bring a change in the heat. Mark sees a briefly cooler forecast by Sunday.
Warmer weather is here with mid 80s Friday and upper 80s Saturday. Expect a dry night with temps falling into the upper 60s with some morning fog.
Tomorrow will be breezy and dry most of the day with southwest winds of 15-25 mph. Some rain and storms will move into southern Georgia late in the afternoon and evening. The rain will weaken as it drops southward toward Jacksonville Saturday evening. Scattered showers could fall apart without much rain south of Duval tomorrow night.
A weak cold front passes overnight with less humid air Sunday. Highs will be slightly cooler near 80 with hazy sunshine.
Our break in the heat lasts only through Monday, then comes highs around 90 degrees with record heat possibly through Thursday and little chance for any rain.
