STARKE, Fla. – Florida's first lady is visiting elementary schools in the state as part of Celebrate Literacy Week, Florida!
First Lady Ann Scott will be at Southside Elementary School at 9 a.m on Wednesday. Mrs. Scott's visit comes after a stop in Orlando where she read to students at MetroWest Elementary School.
Celebrate Literacy Week, Florida! is an annual event during which students, teachers and parents celebrate the success of Florida's students over the past decade. This year's theme is "Literacy Changes Our World."
