Going Ringside Ep. 163: Jade Cargill The WWE champ joins us discussing WrestleMania and her roots in Jacksonville
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – On this episode of Going Ringside, we’re joined by WWE Champion Jade Cargill. Cargill is here discussing WrestleMania 42 tickets, which went on sale at the end of November.
Cargill has strong ties to Jacksonville from her days at Jacksonville University, where she was a standout on the basketball team.
Her first venture in pro wrestling was with Jacksonville-based AEW, where in one of her first matches, she teamed up with Shaquille O’Neal.
Then she moved on to WWE in 2023 and has been dominant ever since.
Another aspect of her stardom involves Marvel Comics. There has been a huge push from fans to cast her as the character Storm in the X-Men franchise of movies.
