The North Florida Council reports there are 56 trees down on the property and the climbing tower and challenge course are closed until further notice.St. Johns River Base at Echockotee is closed until further notice.The storm surge destroyed the docks and excessive debris is scattered about the camp.The Boy Scouts are asking for help with the cleanup with anyone with some heavy equipment.A mini-excavator with a thumb, a 40-yard dumpster, heavy-duty chainsaws with extra chains, gas and bar oil, and a log-splitting machine are needed.
