3 Indicted For Murder Of Callahan Man
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Three men were indicted Thursday in the murder of a Callahan man.
Oscar Brightman, Donzell Varnadore and Terrance Floyd are all charged with murder in the shooting death of 44-year-old Lee Dodd in late December.
The father of six was gunned down after a robbery outside a convenience in late December.
Investigators said Dodd handed over his wallet with $9 in it, then was shot.
The first-degree murder indictments mean the men charged with Dodd's murder could face the death penalty if convicted.
All three have pleaded not guilty.
