Ware Man Killed After Family Arguement
A 23-year-old man was shot to death in Ware County before dawn Saturday.
Police said Willie O'Brien was shot one with a 30-30 rifle about 3 a.m. as he drove his pickup truck after leaving as he was leaving after an argument with his cousin, Richard O'Berry, 22.
The Ware County Sheriff's Office have charged Levy Arnold Herrin, 30, with the mruder. Richard O'Berry and Terry Dewayne Morris, 20, are charged with being a party to the killing.
Ware County Sheriff Ronnie McQuagg says all three suspects are being held without bond.
